I like these exercises as well. I found that rubber band work is an easy habit to get into. As always, please defer to your physical therapist or doctor when deciding on the best program.

For Babies and Young Children
I don’t remember what I did as a baby, obviously, but I have been asked about good resources for young children. I have had good experiences with CHoP and know they are a very reputable hospital so I would check this page on their site as a reference. Please always talk to your doctor before starting any therapy!
